Nissan has launched Nissan Assistance, a manufacturer-backed roadside assistance program, in the Middle East. Designed to enhance ownership experiences, the program offers comprehensive support tailored to customer needs, reflecting Nissan’s commitment to innovation and convenience.

Nissan Assistance goes beyond basic roadside services, providing peace of mind to customers with a suite of innovative features like onsite support, which is a minor mechanical and electrical fixes, flat tire replacement, and battery boosts. 

There are also towing services, which transport to the nearest authorized Nissan service center during breakdowns. Lastly, there's the unique offerings, which have sand recovery coverage up to 10 kilometers in the desert.

Customers also benefit from lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and seamless connectivity through a QR code or WhatsApp, ensuring quick and effective responses.
