The cabin of the 2024 Nissan Maxima is spacious and premium. Even the entry-level trim comes with quilted leather seats and upholstery, heated seats, push-button start, and a dual-zone automatic climate control. Higher trims get ventilated front seats, along with faux-suede seating elements and a rear-window sunshade. The dashboard gets soft-touch plastics. The entire Maxima lineup gets the same 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that's connected to an 11-speaker audio system. The screen is a bit small compared to the Maxima's rivals and the graphics are somewhat dated. Some of the functions require a bit more time because the touchscreen isn't exactly instantly responsive. But the system still works well. The buttons and rotary dial on the central console are ergonomic and easy to operate. While the cabin gets a number of convenient storage spaces, the cargo area is a bit small. Also, the rear seats can't be folded down to create more cargo space. 

The full-sized 2024 Nissan Maxima has a sporty styling. It has a muscular look with a number of bold touches on the outside. The front fascia sports the signature V-shape grille, flanked by intelligent automatic headlights. The grille gets a chrome surround with the Nissan logo in the middle. The car gets all-around LED lighting, including daytime running lights (DRLs) and fog lights. The Maxima retains the swoopy profile and floating roofline. The overall build quality is solid. The 2024 Nissan Maxima's entry-level model is hauled by a naturally aspirated, six-cylinder, 3.5-litre petrol engine that produces 300HP/353Nm. The motor is mated to an X-Tronic CVT. The Maxima is fast and easy to drive. The steering wheel is nicely balanced and promptly responds to driver's inputs. The motor is somewhat thirsty and that's not entirely unexpected. The premium sedan handles well. The drive mode selector (Sport and Normal) adjusts throttle response, transmission tuning, and the steering's feel.

The 2024 Maxima comes with the Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard. It gets parking sensors and a surround-view camera that eliminates all blind spots. Other safety features include automatic high-beam assist, pedestrian detection, multiple airbags, and adaptive cruise control.

At a starting price of AED 129,500, the 2024 Nissan Maxima is a sporty and comfortable sedan. It boasts of a powerful engine and handles well on city streets. The 2024 Nissan Maxima will be a perfect option or buyers wanting a premium sedan without spending the earth.
