UAE’s First Dongfeng Service Hub Opens in Dubai by MAHY Khoory Automotive

MAHY Khoory Automotive has introduced the first dedicated Dongfeng Service Centre in the UAE. Mr. Nasser Khoory, along with Group CEO Mr. Shabbir Haidri and General Manager Mr. Saj Jabbar officially inaugurated the centre. This ceremony was also attended by key stakeholders of the industry and its employees.

The 3S Model for The New Service Hub

The new facility in Dubai stands as a specimen of automotive excellence. It integrates a 3S model – Sales, Service, and Spare Parts. It has been designed to offer comprehensive solutions for vehicle owners of Dongfeng. 

It has been integrated with advanced diagnostic tools and sophisticated HHT machines. This facility also has equipment recommended by the manufacturer and prioritizes operational efficiency.

This service hub has 17 work bays that allow 85 vehicles to be serviced each day. It is supported by an on-site Central Parts Department that ensures that critical parts are easily available for vehicles. Moreover, the logistics network in the UAE ensures that customers get emergency parts delivered in 48 hours.
