Audi unveils Q6 e-tron Sportback with four innovative powertrains
ABU DHABI: Audi has expanded its electric lineup with the introduction of the Q6 e-tron Sportback. It features an SUV design with Sportback elements for a sportier silhouette.

The new Q6 e-tron Sportback’s sloping roofline seems to be inspired by the first-gen Audi TT. It features a small spoiler and an aggressive rake improving the drag coefficient from 0.28 to 0.26. This elevates the Performance model’s range by 24 km to 650 km between charges. However, the boot capacity is reduced by design from 526 litres to 511 litres in the standard Q6 e-tron.
The Q6 Sportback SUV is offered with two battery options and four powertrains. The entry-level model boasts a single motor with a 75.8 kWh battery generating 248 hp, achieving 545 km of range and a 0-100 kph time of 7.0 seconds, with up to 225 kW charging. The Performance model features a 302 hp motor with a 94.9 kWh battery, reducing the 0-100 kmph time to 6.6 seconds and increasing its range to 656 km, with up to 260 kW charging.
The Q6 Sportback’s four-wheel-drive Quattro version comes with a front motor, achieving 0-100 kmph in 5.9 seconds and boosting total power to 382 hp. The sporty SQ6 Sportback sits at the top of the lineup with 482 hp, taking 4.3 seconds to reach 100 kmph, though its range has been reduced to 606 km. You can charge both four-wheel-drive models at 270 kW.

Closer to home, Audi has introduced the standard Audi Q6 e-tron in the UAE, marking the start of a new era. At local dealerships it is now available for pre-orders and deliveries are anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2025.
