2023 Hyundai Tucson facelift leaked

ABU DHABI: The third-gen Hyundai Tucson has been available globally since 2020 and the mid-life cycle facelift of the SUV is expected to debut shortly. The carmaker has been extensively testing the Tucson overseas. Now, the facelifted model’s first undisguised image has surfaced, providing information about the enhancements and design changes. 

The leaked images reveal that the Hyundai Tucson facelift has undergone subtle changes, primarily in terms of the front design. The grille has been sharpened with new internals. Revised LED daytime running lamps enhance the style appeal and offer optimum visibility. The profile remains the same, but new alloy wheels elevate the overall look.

The rear details have not been revealed yet, but minor updates are expected in the tail-lamp and bumper design. The company has not disclosed anything about the interior.

The Hyundai Tucson is expected to retain its powertrain options, featuring an 186hp 2.0L diesel engine with 8-speed and 6-speed automatic transmissions and 156hp 2.0L petrol. The diesel variant comes with an optional AWD system.

The facelifted model is expected to debut in the global market shortly. The company has not revealed when the new Hyundai Tucson facelift will be launched in the UAE.
