I was very excited while purchasing the Cadillac CT4 as I had heard lots of good things about it. But just after a year of ownership, my excitement turned into regret. The only good thing about this car is its appearance. Otherwise, you won't find anything impressive about it. From day one, the car seems to be plagued with problems like persistent squeaks, strange software bugs, and rattles. Another major disappointment is the lack of USB ports in the back which makes it difficult for passengers to charge their devices.
