Ford to unveil the Baby Bronco soon

ABU DHABI: Ford has been working on various SUVs, crossovers, and pickups for the last couple of years. Also, the manufacturer will offer new vehicles in the coming years and one of them will be named as ‘Baby Bronco'.

Teasers of the brand new crossover have been revealed and some information is also provided. The leaked photos are much clearer and surprisingly, the car is not wrapped in a camouflage. However, the name of the crossover is yet to be known.

The brand new crossover adorns a retro design by getting an upright and boxy look. It comes with round headlights, while the design of those are modified and is further accompanied by LED daytime running lights. The headlights are placed perfectly in the wide grille and the company’s emblem is present on it.

The front, as well as the rear bumpers, are not painted, and thick body claddings are present on the lower half of the small crossover. The designing of the side glass is unique and the vehicle receives an eight-window design. However, no photos or information have been revealed yet. While from the official images we can see that the vehicle gets a spare tire which is hidden from the outside. A new design touch, 'bubble roof', has been provided at the rear.

As per Ford's word, it is a crossover and now sit on the higher side than the standard 'hatchback on stilts'. The vehicle which is expected to be the Baby Bronco continues to have short overhangs, great ground clearance, and thick all-terrain tyres.

The American automaker is yet to reveal the engine details of the brand-new crossover. However, it can be expected to get an EcoBoost engine.

Once the production of the vehicle is done, it looks like the manufacturer will launch the crossover to give a tough competition to the Mazda CX-3 and Honda HR-V.
