All-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS facelift teaser showcases a new-looking grille

ABU DHABI: Mercedes-Benz is all set to re-embrace elements of its brand identity and traditional design with the upgraded EQS luxury sedan. It offers a choice between a traditional grille design that will remind you of older models and a futuristic grille with a three-point star emblem. By offering two different grille options Mercedes aims to target different market segments expanding its reach in the market.

Mercedes Benz has a posh clientele drawn to the opulent heritage and inherent panache embodied by the cars manufactured by the brand. With the iconic grille design’s inclusion in the new EQS sedan, the carmaker is not just offering an ordinary car but is taking back its clients to its rich heritage and traditional roots.

The new EQS sedan is equipped with an upgraded battery for better range, likely reaching 800km range. This battery is the same as the one in the EQS SUV. The improved battery has the potential to increase the range by 31 miles, potentially pushing the range of the new EQS sedan to over 400 miles. The production of cars equipped with the updated battery is estimated to begin before June this year. 

From advanced technology integrations to bespoke interior options, all the aspects of the EQS have been crafted meticulously to elevate the luxury driving experience, confirms the automaker.
