Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door officially lands on the UAE shores

ABU DHABI: Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East has put an end to people’s desire to get their hands on the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door as the models have been officially introduced in the UAE. The event took place at the new Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi in the presence of all the dignitaries.

Two models from the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door range are available in the country, the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 and the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S. Both of them are powered by an in-line six-cylinder, V8, 4.0-litre engine with different power outputs. The former GT 63 is capable of pumping out a max power of 593 PS while the latter GT 63 S is good for a whopping power of 647.8 PS. Additionally, both the models are equipped with the all-wheel-drive system.

Another model, which is on the cards and will be introduced early next year in the Emirates is the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe. The coupe version will be powered by a 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine with an ability to churn out a max power of 441 PS.

Talking about the aesthetics, the models come with five different packages. These are the Night Package, the Chrome Package, the Aerodynamic Package, and two Carbon Fibre Packs.

The Night Package brings the black glossy trim to the table, the Chrome Package gives glossy chrome touches to the models while the Aerodynamic Package contributes sportier configurations. Lastly, there are two exclusive Carbon Fibre Packs that add premium carbon fibre finishes to the car models.
