Another image of next generation Land Rover Defender leaked
ABU DHABI: The spy shots of the new Defender is leaked on the internet. The same incident has happened earlier as well when Lego accidentally leaked the appearance of the new generation Defender in brick form. Well, it seems that there’s another image of the 4x4 leaked on the internet.
However, the leaked image is not a typical leak where you are able to see almost its entirely in the metal. Instead, this leaked image shows the side profile of the 4x4 in digital form. It might sound insignificant but this leaked image is shot from inside the Defender. If the image comes out to be true, the next generation Defender will also flaunt a render of the 4x4 in the middle of the coaster. Based on the design, the Defender will retain a boxy design like its predecessor.
It will be worth to mention that the new defender might come with a white-painted roof and sunroof at the back, which could mean that it can feature all sort of colour combination as well as an optional partial glass roof. Providing modern fresh look to the Defender is a floating C-pillar. Other exterior key features include a more dashing windshield, five-spoke alloys, and some flared wheel arches.
Comparing the camouflaged prototype of the 4x4, the digital render matches with the testing vehicle of Land Rover. Hopefully, the genuine Defender will look almost similar to what the digital display is boasting. Moreover, the new generation will be able to achieve a higher top speed of above 200 km/h based on the speedometer. Aside from the top speed, the prototype has a pretty high mileage of 15,409 km. The all-new Defender is likely to hit the global markets on September 5, 2019, with a PH-reveal set for about Q1 of 2020.
