When we were on the lookout for a comfortable city car, we never imagined it would be a Suzuki. The Ciaz is something we happened to chance upon and we ended up getting it. Firstly, it is very spacious and comfortable. You also get many features that some more expensive cars don't have, and while looks are subjective, the Ciaz is smart looking. There is nothing to love or hate in the design. Lastly, the engine is very refined! This was totally unexpected and makes the car feel more premium than it is.
