BMW M4 Coupe

The interior of the 2024 BMW M4 Coupe gets a liberal amount of carbon-fibre trim pieces. The lengthy paddle shifters are mounted on the multifunction sports steering wheel that gets contrast red stitching and two red M-mode buttons. The standard sports seats get the M4 illuminated logo, and integrated headrest. The optional carbon-fibre front seats are lighter than the standard seats. There are several leather trim pieces available. The 2024 BMW M4 Coupe's dashboard is dominated by a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit connected to a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. It runs on the latest iDrive 8.5 software. The display is crisp. The central console retains the iDrive rotary controller. The console gets two cupholders at the base. It's much easier to use than prodding the touchscreen. There's a 12.0-inch digital instrument panel and a head-up display. The car comes with 440 litres of boot space that's among the most spacious in its class. The door bins are big. There’s more space under the armrest. The glovebox is also big enough.

The 2024 BMW M4 Coupe has a rather outlandish styling. Apart from the two-section kidney grille, the lines seem to be discordant with each other. The front bumper gets sharp lines, whereas they become softer at the back. The rear part itself seems bulky. The massive grille and huge size scream for attention. Huge air intakes sit on both sides of the front bumper's bottom. The car gets all-around LED lighting. Down its side, the 2024 BMW M4 Coupe gets swollen wheel arches that stand out from the standard 4-Series. The only piece of bodywork that the M4 Coupe shares with the regular car is the boot lid. A spoiler has been added to the top of the lid on the M4 Coupe. At the back, the quad-exhaust sits below the carbon diffuser. The huge tailpipes are real. The car runs on a staggered set of 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres.  

The seats of the 2024 BMW M4 Coupe are heavily bolstered and supportive. They get integrated headrests. The driving position can be tuned to the nth degree. The front seats are wider, compared to the standard BMW 4 Series. The optional carbon seats offer more lateral support with ample legroom and headroom for six-foot tall occupants. Like most coupes, getting into the rear seats is a bit of a challenge through the narrow gap. But the rear seat is surprisingly spacious There's enough legroom for most occupants. Taller people may have to cower a bit with their heads brushing against the ceiling. The suspension is fully adjustable and absorbs even the worst bumps with minimum cabin impact. 

The 2024 BMW M4 Coupe is equipped with a twin-turbocharged, six-cylinder, 3.0-litre petrol engine that produces 450 PS/650 Nm. The motor is mated to an eight-speed automatic. The 2024 BMW M4 Coupe isn't just a brutal performance car. Switching over to the Comfort mode allows the M4 Coupe to cruise along pretty comfortably. The steering wheel is light and that aids handling. It's fun while turning corners, even if the traction doesn't break. 

The 2024 BMW M4 Coupe comes with a rearview camera and parking sensors. Other safety equipment includes adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring and lane departure warning. 

At a starting price of AED 395,000, the 2024 BMW M4 Coupe is a pretty expensive car in its class. But its dense and muscular, and comes with spacious cabin that provides a comfortable ride.
