The cabin of the 2024 Aston Martin DB12 is super-luxurious. It's made of high-class materials, and the build quality is impeccable. Hand-stitched leather wraps almost every surface. Several metal, wood, and carbon options are available. A smorgasbord of rich leather and stitching options can be mixed and matched. The interior is mostly sharp angles and straight lines. The dashboard and central console are entirely new and have a waterfall-type design. The cockpit is dominated by two feature-packed 10.25-inch touchscreens. The touchscreen response is quick, and the animations are slick. An 11-speaker audio system is standard. The 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins system is optional. There's an array of physical buttons including that for suspension and climate control. The chunky engine start button gets a rotating collar for juggling the drive modes. Both feel expensive to touch. The multifunction steering wheel is wrapped in rich leather. The boot of the 2024 Aston Martin DB12 is rather compact, like in any coupe. 

The 2024 Aston Martin DB12 owes much of its design to the DB11. There are some elements borrowed from the DBS Superleggera as well. The silhouette is common, but the DB12 has a bursting-on-seams appearance. The car is 22mm wider, and that enhances the wide-narrow-wide ‘Coke bottle’ shape. The front gets a huge grille that extends to the base of the bumper and aggressively tips forward. The wide air-dam squeezes out from under the bumper. The bonnet gets more troughs and contours and opens conventionally. The wing mirrors have edge-to-edge fixed glass. The entire pod moves unlike only the glass. The 2024 Aston Martin DB12 runs on 21-inch alloy wheels. The C-shaped taillamps are retained. The pinched roof flows down into the wide tail. The 2024 Aston Martin DB12 gets all-around LED lights. 

All seats of the 2024 Aston Martin DB12 are nicely cushioned. The front seats come in Comfort, Sport and Race options. The latter two get more aggressive cushioning. While the car is roomy enough, the cabin isn't as large as other two-plus-two luxury coupés. Neither it's much roomy. But there's a lot of legroom and headroom up front, and passengers don't bang their elbows across the central console. The rear seat, despite the cushioning, is crammed, like in most coupes. It's only suitable for kids. The 2024 Aston Martin DB12 gets a new adjustable suspension system that irons out all the bumps. The ground clearance, though low, has enough ground clearance to tackle most speed breakers with no need for nose-lift.

The 2024 Aston Martin DB12 Volante is equipped with a twin-turbocharged, eight-cylinder, 4.0-litre petrol engine that produces 680 PS. The motor is mated to an eight-speed torque-converter. The car is amazingly fast and hard pressing the accelerator will throw passengers backwards. The steering is extremely sharp and quick. With low ground clearance, there's no body roll during high-speed cornering. The switchable drive modes help in managing roads better. On highways, the 2024 Aston Martin DB12 offers a well-balanced ride.
