Running on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System the MBUX Virtual Assistant aims to redefine the experience of the user by incorporating generative AI and advanced software for a more human-like interaction with the car.

In-car audio storytelling system is another technological innovation that received lots of appreciation at the event.
The CES 2024 event also marked the first appearance of the Concept CLA Class. The concept previews Mercedes-Benz’s new Operating System set to be the backbone of every interface in the new cars built on the Modular Architecture platform of Mercedes-Benz.
