Meet the all-new 2023 Renault Espace SUV
ABU DHABI: The French company Renault unveiled the Espace in 2018. It has earned iconic status over the last five generations. Renault has now unveiled the all-new sixth-ten Espace; the new carrier comes in two seating layouts - five and seven and joins the line-up leading Renault's charge in the D and C segments.
In a five-seat configuration, the boot space measures up to 777 litres with the second row in a forward position. The seven-seat version has 159 litres of space.
The all-new Renault Espace has an elegant and athletic design and an SUV vibe. The automaker described it as "innovative, comfortable and top of the range", continuing the legacy of the previous generations. The model looks like the Austral with a rear overhang and stretched wheelbase. Unlike the Austral, which is available only in a five-seater layout, the 2023 Espace will also come in a seven-seater version.
The all-new Espace's comprehensive array of equipment, generously sized interior and panoramic sunroof guarantee an upscale travel experience. The Iconic trim gives a premium feel to the passengers with light Sand Gray padded leather upholstery and genuine ash wood on the dashboard combined with Mokka Brown decking. It also gives you the flexibility to adjust the seats electrically. The driver's seat is installed with a unique lumbar massaging mechanism.
The 2023 Escape will be completely based on the CMF-CD architecture, which has also been used in the Nissan X-Trail, Renault Austral and Mitsubishi Outlander.
This model will become Espace's fifth generation and will be manufactured in Douai, France. Orders for this car will start in Spring 2023 globally. It is also expected to arrive in the UAE by this time.
