Bentley Motors is Britain’s most admired auto company, survey revealed
According to a survey conducted by Management Today, one of the prominent business magazines in the UK, Bentley Motors is Britain’s most admired auto company. It was a peer-reviewed survey wherein Bentley also secured the top spot in the category of Best Quality of Products.
Evaluated across a dozen criteria, it is said to be the ultimate peer-review of corporate reputation. Britain’s leading employers and public sector behemoths took the survey and to the likings of Bentley Motors, it secured the 13th spot in the overall list, which had 250 British companies from 25 different sectors.
Adrian Hallmark, the chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors said, “Bentley is already the most sought-after luxury car brand in the world, so we are delighted to receive further, independent recognition of our achievements, especially in the company’s centenary year.”
Management Today’s judges said, “To be held in the highest esteem by your peers – and fiercest critics – is one of the highest accolades a business can receive. A century after it was founded, Bentley continues to be a driving force in the industry.”
Bentley Motors also completed 100 years and to celebrate the occasion, a world tour was hosted which also saw the launch of the new EXP 100 GT. Moving forward, the company is focussing on launching new electric vehicles. It plans to bring an electric or hybrid version of all its combustion engine-powered models by 2023. Also, battery-powered electric models are on the cards for the automaker, likely to be materialized by 2025.
