Aligning with its goals, the company was planning to come up with a four-wheel-drive, high-riding electric GT model in 2025. However, Aston Martin has postponed the launch of its first EV from 2025 to 2026 amid uncertainties over the demand of the customers.

Lucid cells will power them in a custom battery pack. The first EV model is expected to be inspired by the Porsche Taycan but it will have a taller profile.
